These terms apply to the use of the NIYAF Textile Solutions website. By using the website or sending an inquiry, you agree to these terms.
Business information
Website content is provided for general capability and inquiry purposes. It is not a binding offer, guarantee or product specification.
Fabric availability
Article availability, composition, construction, GSM, width, color, finish, performance, minimum order quantity, price and lead time must be confirmed in a written quotation or order document.
Samples and color
Digital images and screen colors are indicative only. Bulk production should proceed against agreed physical standards, approved lab dips, samples or other written approvals.
Testing and certification
Testing and certification support depends on the selected article, supplier, production route and order requirements. Any sustainability or performance claim applies only when supported by the relevant valid documentation for that article and transaction.
Third-party facilities
References to manufacturing, testing, inspection or certification capabilities may relate to qualified overseas suppliers or service partners. They do not imply that NIYAF owns those facilities.
Quotations and orders
No inquiry creates an order or supply obligation. Orders become effective only through mutually accepted commercial documents identifying the contracting seller, buyer, product, price, quantity, delivery terms and payment terms.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding and original design may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Registration status
NIYAF’s formal business registration is in progress. Registration and trade-license details will be published after issuance.
